I first got a Small and it fit just right, but when I raised my hands or stretch them in front of me, the shoulders felt a little tight, so I changed for a MEDIUM and it fits nice.
loose with room to layer, and I like my jackets and coats a little loose anyways.
it helps that you can synch in the waistline.
for reference, I am about 5'7"
120 lbs., shoulders about 15.5", bust 35", waist 30" hips 39"
the sleeve length fits down mid-palm when my hands are down, and the coat length lays about one hand length above my knee.
great deep pockets, NOT water-resistant, but dries fast if you got sprinkled on.
